I am an AuDHD mom to 3 neurodivergent kids. I had a challenging postpartum experience and started facilitating birth trauma support groups through ICAN 10 years ago as a way to give back to the community that supported me.
I love jumping in cold lakes, playing soccer, chasing waterfalls, gardening and watercolor painting.
